AI Receptionist for Dubai Businesses — Answers Every Call, 24/7

An AI receptionist is a voice assistant that answers your business line, greets the caller by your script, and completes the front-desk task — booking, rescheduling, taking a message, or transferring an urgent caller to the right person. It sits on your existing number and never puts anyone on hold.

AI Receptionist for Inbound Calls

Benefit

What Actually Changes in the First Week

Most Dubai businesses do not have a call problem, they have a coverage problem. The calls arrive — at 11pm, during Friday prayers, in Arabic, or six at once while the front desk is with a walk-in. An AI receptionist closes that gap without adding a name to the payroll.

Nothing Rings Out

Every call is answered on the first ring, including the sixth one arriving at the same second. No hold music, no voicemail box, no "sorry, we were with a client" the next morning.

A Dubai receptionist on AED 4,000 base actually costs closer to AED 5,000–6,000 once visa, gratuity and insurance are counted — and covers one shift. Round-the-clock needs three of them.

Answers in Their Language

Opens in Arabic or English and switches mid-sentence the way your callers already do — Khaleeji, Levantine and Egyptian dialects included, plus Hindi, Urdu, Malayalam and Tagalog.

How It Works

From Your Current Number to a Live AI Receptionist

Four steps, no new hardware, and no change to your telecom contract. Most Dubai deployments are answering real calls inside two weeks.

01

Listen to Your Real Calls

We go through a sample of your recorded calls and note what people actually ask for — the five questions that come up constantly, the ones that always need a human, and the words your team uses. This is why it ends up sounding like your business rather than a template.

02

Agree the Script and the Limits

Together we set the greeting, the qualifying questions, and the escalation rules — including what the AI receptionist must never answer on its own, such as medical advice, legal opinions, or a final price. You sign off before anything goes near a live caller.

03

Connect and Test Privately

We attach it to your existing +971 line and connect your calendar and CRM, then your own team calls in and tries to break it. Nothing is pointed at real customers until you are satisfied with what you hear.

04

Go Live and Tune Weekly

Start with after-hours and overflow only, review the real transcripts together each week, and widen the scope once the numbers hold. You keep a kill switch the entire time — one click sends everything back to your team.

Feature Capabilities

Everything a Front Desk Handles, Minus the Front Desk

This is not a phone tree. There is no "press 1 for sales." The AI receptionist understands what the caller wants in their own words, then completes the task or hands it to the right person.

Two-Second Answering

Picks up before the second ring, every hour of every day, with unlimited simultaneous calls. A launch weekend or a viral post does not turn into forty missed enquiries.

Arabic & English Switching

Detects the language in the first few words and follows the caller if they switch. Modern Standard Arabic alone is not enough here — dialect handling is what keeps Emirati and Khaleeji callers on the line.

Message Taking & Callbacks

Captures the name, number, reason and urgency, then pushes the message to WhatsApp, email or your CRM within seconds — so the callback happens today, not tomorrow.

Warm Call Transfer

Routes by department, language, or who is actually available, and passes the transcript across so the caller never repeats themselves. Ask for a person and you get one.

Appointment Booking

Reads live availability in Google Calendar, Outlook or your clinic scheduler and confirms the slot on the call. For qualification and no-show recovery, see the AI Appointment Setter.

Transcripts & Call Records

Every conversation is transcribed and filed against the contact, with the recording notice given up front. You finally get to see what callers are actually asking for.

Testimonials

From Missed Calls to Booked Viewings

The pattern is consistent across sectors: the calls were always coming in. They were just arriving at 11pm, in Arabic, or fourteen at a time — and landing in voicemail.

We were losing Property Finder leads overnight to whoever called first. Now the callback goes out in seconds and my agents walk in to a diary of confirmed viewings.

Rashid K. Brokerage Director · Business Bay

Investors call us from London and Singapore at odd hours. Being able to qualify them properly at 2am instead of offering a voicemail box has changed how serious we look.

Nadia V. Investment Advisor · DIFC

Half our patients open in Arabic and switch to English. The agent handles it better than the last three receptionists we hired, and it never calls in sick during flu season.

Dr. Layla H. Clinic Owner · Jumeirah

Summer is our peak — AC calls come in from six in the morning. The agent triages emergencies, quotes the standard jobs, and only escalates what actually needs me.

Suresh M. Operations Manager · Al Quoz

The compliance side was what sold our legal team. Calling windows and DNCR screening are enforced by the system, so nobody is relying on an agent to remember the rules.

Call It Yourself Before You Decide Anything

Thirty seconds on the phone tells you more than any proposal. Ring the demo line in Arabic or English, ask it something awkward, then ask for a human and see how fast the handover is.

FAQS

Questions Dubai Owners Ask First

Straight answers on cost, language, compliance, and what happens when a caller wants a human.

An AI receptionist is a voice assistant that answers your business phone line, greets the caller using your own script, understands what they are asking for in normal speech, and completes the front-desk task — taking a message, booking an appointment, answering a routine question, or transferring the call to the right person.

It is different from an IVR phone menu, which can only route callers through fixed options and fails the moment someone asks something the menu did not anticipate. An IVR sorts a call; an AI receptionist handles it.

Base salary is only part of a hire. Receptionist salaries in Dubai sit around AED 3,000–5,500 a month, but UAE employer obligations add roughly 30–45% on top:

  • Employment visa and Emirates ID — about AED 3,000–8,000 per two-year cycle, paid by the employer by law
  • End-of-service gratuity — accrues from day one at 21 days of basic salary per year for the first five years
  • Health insurance — mandatory for all private-sector employees across the UAE since January 2025
  • 30 calendar days of paid annual leave after one year, plus sick leave cover

That puts the real monthly cost of one receptionist at roughly AED 4,000–8,000 — for one shift, five or six days a week. Covering nights, weekends and public holidays means two or three of them. Our AI receptionist plans start at AED 1,490 a month and cover all of it; see pricing for the full comparison.

Yes, and dialect is the part that matters. Plenty of platforms claim Arabic but only handle Modern Standard Arabic, which almost nobody uses to book a dental appointment. Ours handles Gulf, Levantine and Egyptian dialects, and code-switches to English mid-sentence the way Dubai callers naturally speak. Hindi, Urdu, Malayalam, Tagalog, Russian and French are supported as well.

Test this before you sign with anyone: call the provider's demo line and open in Khaleeji Arabic, then switch to English halfway through a sentence.

They get one. The AI receptionist transfers immediately on a direct request, and also escalates on its own when it detects frustration, an emergency, or a question outside the agreed scope. The transcript travels with the transfer, so your colleague picks up already knowing who is calling and why.

If nobody is available, it takes a proper message with urgency flagged and pushes it to WhatsApp or your CRM rather than dropping the caller into voicemail.

Yes. You keep your number, your telecom provider, and your contract. We sit behind the line you already advertise, so nothing changes for your customers and there is nothing to reprint. Most setups start as overflow or after-hours only — the AI receptionist picks up only what your team does not reach — and widen from there once you are comfortable.

Recording is permitted with consent, and the UAE takes that seriously — recording a private conversation without it is a criminal matter under the Cybercrimes Law. Our default configuration gives the recording notice at the start of every call, names your business, and logs consent against the contact.

Separately, under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) you remain the data controller and we act as processor, with the processing agreement, retention settings and UAE-region storage included. Note that answering inbound calls is not telemarketing, so the 9:00–18:00 calling window that applies to outbound campaigns does not restrict 24/7 reception.
