Terms and Conditions
The agreement between DubaiBox.ai and the businesses that use our AI calling and WhatsApp services, plus the rules for using this website. Each clause has a plain-English summary beside it.
- Your signed proposal sets the scope and price
- You keep your accounts, numbers and data
- Month-to-month with 30 days' notice
- Telemarketing and WhatsApp consent stay your responsibility
About these terms
These terms apply when you use dubaibox.ai or buy services from DubaiBox.ai ("DubaiBox", "we"). If you sign a proposal, order form or agreement with us, that document and these terms together form our contract. If they conflict, the signed document takes priority.
Our services
We design, configure, launch and manage AI agents for voice calls and WhatsApp, together with related integrations and reporting. The exact scope, channels, languages and service levels for each client are set out in their proposal.
We may improve or change how a service works, provided the change does not materially reduce what you have paid for.
Fees, invoices and payment
Fees usually include a one-time setup fee and a recurring monthly fee. Usage charges from third parties, such as Meta conversation fees and telecom call minutes, are passed through as stated in your proposal.
Prices are in UAE dirhams and exclude VAT, which is added where applicable. Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. If payment is overdue, we may pause services after giving notice.
Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- Give us accurate information about your business, prices and policies, and tell us promptly when they change.
- Review and approve scripts, templates and knowledge content before launch.
- Obtain any approvals, consents and notices required by law, including caller notices for recorded calls and opt-in for WhatsApp marketing.
- Follow TDRA and Ministry of Economy telemarketing rules for any marketing calls, including permitted hours, registered numbers and Do Not Call Registry checks.
- Comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business policies.
- Keep your account logins and API keys secure.
Acceptable use
You must not use our services to send spam, contact people who have opted out, mislead or impersonate others, harass anyone, collect data unlawfully or promote anything illegal in the UAE. We may suspend an agent immediately if we reasonably believe it is being used in breach of this clause or puts a phone number or WhatsApp account at risk.
AI output and human oversight
AI agents can make mistakes, misunderstand callers or give incomplete answers. We reduce this through testing, guardrails and handover rules, but we cannot guarantee that every response will be correct.
Agents must not be used as the only route for emergencies, or to give medical, legal or financial advice. You remain responsible for decisions made using information the agent collects.
Third-party platforms
Our services rely on platforms we do not control, including Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, telecom carriers, AI model providers and your CRM or calendar tools. Their terms also apply. We are not responsible for their outages, pricing changes or policy decisions, such as a template rejection or messaging limit, but we will help you respond to them.
Data protection
Each party will comply with UAE data protection law. When we process your customers' personal data, we act as your processor and follow your documented instructions, as described in our Privacy Policy. A data processing addendum is available on request.
Intellectual property
We keep ownership of our software, methods, templates and know-how. You keep ownership of your brand, content and customer data. Once fees are paid, you may use the scripts, flows and knowledge content created specifically for your business, including after the contract ends.
Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other's confidential information private and use it only to perform the contract. This does not apply to information that is public, already known to the recipient or required to be disclosed by law.
Availability and support
We aim to keep agents available around the clock and will work to fix problems promptly during UAE business hours, or as set out in your service level. Planned maintenance will be scheduled for quiet periods where possible.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by UAE law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost opportunities. Our total liability under a contract is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Term, suspension and termination
Unless your proposal says otherwise, services run month to month and either party may end them with 30 days' written notice. Either party may terminate immediately if the other commits a serious breach that is not fixed within 14 days of notice. When the contract ends, we will return or delete your data as you instruct, within 30 days.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to an active contract is the one in force when the contract was signed, unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the UAE. The parties will first try to resolve any dispute through good-faith discussion. If that fails, the courts of Dubai will have jurisdiction.
The summaries help with reading but do not replace the full clause text.
