An AI agent is only as useful as the systems behind it. Ours read your live calendar before offering a time, pull a caller's history before they finish their sentence, and write the outcome back where your team already works — so nobody retypes anything and no lead sits waiting for a feed to refresh.
Integrations Tools
We do not ask you to migrate anything. The AI sits behind your existing number, inbox and pipeline, and talks to the tools already running your business — including the UAE-specific ones that generic platforms tend to ignore.
Everything that decides whether a new enquiry gets worked in seconds or discovered tomorrow morning.
Everything that turns a good conversation into a booked slot, a sent document and a number you can report on.
Integrations Benefit
Every AI voice platform claims to integrate. The differences that actually matter are unglamorous: whether the connection is live or batched, whether it reads as well as writes, and what happens when a system has no proper API at all. Those three answers decide whether the agent is genuinely useful or just a well-spoken answering machine.
Connections run on webhooks and live API calls, so a portal enquiry reaches the agent in seconds. A CRM that receives leads on a scheduled feed can make instant callback impossible before you have written a word of script.
One-way logging is easy and half useless. Two-way sync lets the agent check real availability, recognise a returning client, and avoid offering a viewing on a unit that went under offer this morning.
Portal lead formats, Arabic name and address fields, +971 number normalisation, and UAE-region data handling. Connectors written for a single-language North American market quietly mangle all four.
Call transcripts, WhatsApp threads and website chats all land on the same contact. You finally get to see which portal spend produced a signed deal rather than which one produced the most enquiries.

Practical writing on the rules, the costs and the technical details that decide whether an AI deployment works here — rather than generic advice written for another market.
FAQS
What connects, how long it takes, what happens when a system has no API, and where your data ends up.
An integration is a live connection between the AI agent and a system you already use, so information moves both ways automatically. The agent reads what it needs before it speaks — real calendar slots, a caller's history, whether a unit is still available — and writes the outcome back the moment the conversation ends.
Without it you still get an AI that talks. What you do not get is one that can book anything, recognise anyone, or leave a record your team can act on the next morning.
One thing worth knowing before you compare vendors: a logo on an integrations page tells you a connection exists, not how deep it goes. There are four meaningfully different levels:
Several major CRMs reach the UAE property portals through third-party tools rather than a direct API, even though the logo looks identical on every vendor's website. We will tell you which level applies to each of your systems before you sign anything — including when the honest answer is the middleware one.
Two-way with HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Bitrix24, Pipedrive and Dynamics 365; calendars via Google Calendar and Outlook; messaging via the official WhatsApp Business Platform; and UAE property CRMs including PropSpace and Masterkey.
Lead sources include Property Finder, Bayut and Dubizzle feeds, Meta and Google lead forms, and your own website. Where a system has no native connector we bridge it through Make.com, Zapier or n8n, and we can work directly against a documented API when one exists.
If your system is not on that list, send us the name. We will check it before you commit to anything rather than promising a connection and discovering the problem in week three.
It usually comes down to how your CRM receives them. A direct API or webhook connection delivers a lead in seconds. A scheduled feed or an email-parsing setup can leave the same lead sitting for minutes or hours — and it matters enormously, because that delay caps your speed to lead regardless of how good your agent is.
This is the single most common reason an "instant callback" promise quietly fails in Dubai real estate. A buyer enquiring on a portal has usually contacted several agencies on the same listing; if your feed refreshes on a timer, somebody with a live connection has already called them.
We check this first, before writing any script. If a live connection is not available on your current setup we will tell you what your realistic response time is, rather than selling you a number you cannot hit.
It happens, particularly with older clinic and property-management software, and we will say so plainly rather than working around it badly. There are usually three options, in descending order of quality.
Occasionally the right answer is that this integration is not worth building. We would rather tell you that in the first call than bill you for a phase that disappoints.
Most standard connections are live in three to five working days, inside the usual seven to fourteen day deployment. Mainstream CRMs and calendars are the fastest; portal feeds and custom or legacy systems take longer.
What we need from you is admin access to each system and one person who can approve how records should be created and updated. That second part causes more delay than the technical work — deciding whether a repeat caller updates an existing contact or creates a new one is a business decision, not an engineering one.
Rarely the connection itself. In our experience it is almost always one of five unglamorous things — and all five are prevented during setup rather than fixed after go-live.
We test all five against your own data during the closed test, before a real customer is involved.
Your data stays yours. Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) you remain the data controller and we act as processor, with a processing agreement, configurable retention and UAE-region storage available.
Integrations move data between your own systems rather than pooling it somewhere new. Where a connection crosses into a third-party platform — your CRM vendor, Meta for WhatsApp — that provider's own terms apply as well, and we will map exactly what goes where before you sign anything. Businesses inside DIFC or ADGM fall under those free zones' own regimes, which we can accommodate. General information rather than legal advice — confirm your obligations with your counsel.
